1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Namearch ("the Platform"), operated by Sodasoft LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Namearch is a verified domain marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of internet domain names. All transactions are secured through Escrow.com. Namearch acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Domain Listings

Sellers must verify domain ownership through DNS verification before a listing becomes active. Sellers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to sell any domain they list. Namearch reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.

5. Transactions

All payments are processed through Escrow.com. Namearch does not hold buyer funds at any time. Transaction fees are disclosed before checkout. Completed transactions are final, subject to Escrow.com's dispute resolution process.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: list domains you do not own; engage in fraud or misrepresentation; manipulate valuations or reviews; circumvent platform fees; use the Platform for illegal purposes; or interfere with the Platform's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Namearch and Sodasoft LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
