Cookie Policy

How Namearch uses cookies and similar technologies.

Effective: March 13, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site recognize your device on return visits, maintain your session, and understand how you use the service. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them).

Namearch (namearch.com), operated by Sodasoft LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies as described below.

2. Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function. Without them, core features like authentication and security would not work. You cannot opt out of essential cookies.

4. Analytics Cookies

We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use Namearch, which pages are most popular, and how users navigate the platform. This helps us improve the experience for everyone.

If we implement analytics tools, we will select privacy-respecting options that minimize data collection and, where possible, do not use cookies at all (such as privacy-focused analytics that rely on aggregate data rather than individual tracking).

We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. We do not share cookie data with ad networks.

5. Third-Party Cookies

When you complete a transaction, you may be redirected to Escrow.com for payment processing. Escrow.com sets its own cookies according to its privacy and cookie policies, which are separate from ours.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Vercel) may also set technical cookies for security, load balancing, and performance optimization. These are essential to platform delivery and cannot be disabled.

6. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored and delete them individually.
  • Block cookies from specific or all websites.
  • Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set.
  • Delete all cookies when you close your browser.

Be aware that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using core features of Namearch. If you block functional cookies, some preferences may not be remembered between sessions.

For more information about managing cookies in your specific browser, visit your browser's help documentation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly as we add or change the technologies we use. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
